Muriel Collart

Muriel Collart has been raised listening to the Beatles, the Them and Tom Waits. She shares with Elmore D. an unconditional taste for Jethro Tull, seen many times in concert, as Van Morrison. She started late to listen to blues and to study bass. She uses an acoustic Kala –GL-E and, as an electric bass, a Jolana Galaxis from Tchekoslovakia of the sixties or seventies. She especially likes Skip James, Son House and has followed, in Paris, where she is working, concerts by John Mayall, Roy Rogers, the Tedeschi Trucks Band and Taj Mahal.
